So yesterday afternoon my Charge 3 randomly went blank, wouldn't respond to tapping or pressing the side button and on the iPhone app it says "searching" never showing connection to the Charge 3. I plugged it into the charging dock but it did not buzz nor did it show the charging screen. I attempted to reset it multiple times, one time I got a smiley face but then nothing happened. I have attempted to restart it 3 more times today but no luck, and it still shows "searching" in the app. Help?
