After charging my Fitbit Charge 3 this morning the screen is black and will not come back on. It vibrates like crazy on and off and sometimes I get this white line. It shows to be 83% charged. I have tried disconnecting and then reconnecting the Bluetooth, uninstalling the app and reinstalling, attempted to change the clock face and resetting the Fitbit itself.  None of this has worked.

 

I'm android. I have noticed that there is a Charge 3 firmware update popup with in the App itself but when I click on the Update Tracker option I get a error message; Trouble connecting to Fitbit.com. There are no other updates available in my play store. Right now the app shows Firmware version 28.20001.63.5.  Please assist, thanks.
