My charge 3 screen has gone black. It vibrates, and still connects to the app and tracks everything. I've tried to change the clock face multiple times as we as trying to reset multiple times and nothing is working.

I’m having the same issue and have tried the same solutions, but nothing has worked. I’m hoping for some help as well

I am also having the same issue - not able to reset screen so blank - still syncs with app but no clock face
