I plugged my Fitbit Charge 3 in, I came back later to check how much it had charged and my screen was grey with white lines down it. Nothing had touched it or been split on it while it was charging. This Fitbit is only a year old.
I went to look if anyone else has had this problem and followed the steps to reboot/restart my Fitbit. This was not able to fix the problem
