When I removed my Fitbit from the charger this morning the clock face was constantly scrolling across the screen very quickly. I checked tips on the forum and did a hard reset by plugging it back into the charger, holding the button down for 15 seconds unplugging it from the charger and plugging it back in.
The screen then went black. No “smiley face” appeared when I finished the reset. It vibrates when I push the button and is syncing all my steps to my iPhone 11 but I can not get the screen to light back up. I have also tried changing the clock face (recommended in the forum) that did not work either. Please help me get my screen back up and running!
