Hello....
I have had several Fitbit's over the years. I now have the Fitbit Charge 3. For about two months lines have started disappearing little by little. I came here to try to troubleshoot myself. I've tried the three time resets, plug it in hold for 15 seconds- then plug back in wait for smiley face, change the clock... nothing has worked. Any other suggestions? I really don't want to purchase another Fitbit right now, times are tough! For everyone and we're in this together!! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated 😊

I ended buying a new Versa 2. I received no assistance so I went ahead and just purchased yet another Fitbit product. Hopefully I don't have to purchase another one in one year!
