Charge 3 blank screen

I've searched and read numerous threads on the issue and have tried the 15 second restart and the clock face change but I still have a useless black screen. It's vibrating and still syncing etc but I can't see anything. Please help! Thanks.

I’ve had the same problem, like so many people. I have read all the Fitbit “troubleshooting” but this still does not address the issues. And, chat support is even worse. How can I restart my device when the screen is black?

My daughters 18 month old C3 is also doing this. 

 

Customer service ran me through the various restart options, but it cant be fixed. 25% off a new one? No thanks.

 

Thankfully through email and paypal I have all the details needed to utilise the extra years warranty that my credit card provides as a perk.

 

At least I should get my money back, if not from Fitbit.

My Charge3 does the same thing. Very disappointing. Going to return via Amazon.

Mine did this today- have restarted and tried all the fixes- i do get the green back for a few minutes after most restarts but then it goes blank again- still buzzing away with notifications but can’t see anything - so frustrating - is this a system issue?

My Charge 3 is doing the same thing. In fact it started acting wonky yesterday (6/23/20). It told me I made all of my goals yesterday and today it says I missed 90%. Additionally, the screen turned super dim and now 80% of the screen is dark. I have attempted reset several times to no avail. I have reset the clock face 3 times and its a big no go. 

 

As of Wednesday evening (6/24/20) the screen is completely blank but I do seem to be sending data to my app.
