Like other post. My Fitbit started vibrating non stop and the screen went black. I've had this happen before but successful in getting it to reset. This time however it is not working. I've read and followed all the instructions provided by Marrefitbit and others in the community on this issue but to no avail.
The main difference this time is that side button seems to be stuck in possibly and I have a line now on my Fitbit screen. Please help. I believe my device may be not even a year old.
