My screen keeps blacking out - its still tracking but is completely black. I've managed to do the 8-second reboot as suggested in previous posts, but I'm not unable to do this...when I hold the button in while charging it vibrates 3 times and nothing happens. I've also tried holding it down as has been suggested for longer to do a full reboot - still nothing. I have plugged it in to my computer, laptop and to wall sockets, and I have tried changing the clock face as has been suggested. I can't get hold of anyone on customer service - have been waiting over an hour.
I'd also like to know WHY this is happening - it's happened repeatedly over the last few days having never happened before (I was able to reboot it previously, but can't do it now) and if it's a fault with the actual unit then I want to know. Any thoughts?
