Bought in October 18. After reading all the messages and trying all the fixes but to no avail. I get a faded smiley face then it disappears and i still have a blank face.
This is ridiculous after 21 months of use as they are so expensive. Thought it would last years. As i can see by the forum its not just mine thats faulty.
Please advise.
