I have had my Fitbit Charge 3 for about a year. It got wet with rain yesterday, but didn't worry about it since it is supposed to be water resistant with getting wet from just rain and sweat. It is a exercise tracker after all.
I got home from work and noticed my Fitbit had completely shut down. I put it on the charger. Nothing. I took it off and put it back on the charger because I thought maybe it had just died. It had not died because it finally did connect for a charge. When it came back on, it had lines all through the display. I have never had this issue and have owned Fitbit for several years.
I did the reset process and the lines are still there. I tried resetting it 3 times and still nothing. I would have hoped for a longer life and for the water resistance to stand up to rain and sweat because it is made for exercise and built to resist that amount of water.
