Hi,


My Charge 3 is not working at all and it is impossible to turn it on. It started acting "weird" a few weeks ago - it automatically clicked the sidebutton often without me touching it. It got worse over time and it started to reset itself. After letting it run out of juice several times, I tried to reset it. When it was turned on the normal smiley face was off place, and a grey line appear at the bottom of the screen. Now it wont turn on at all.


Any ideas what to do?

Similar to me. I had the buzzing So did a reset which temporarily fixed it. Then the one line. Then lots of lines. Then the screen died and no resetting would work. 
have tried tweeting Fitbit but didn’t work.

Hi cheersmedears, 

 

I chatted with Fitbit via the chat option, and we tried some troubleshooting steps which unfortunetaly did not work. However, my warranty is still in effect, so they communicated that I will get a replacement device. I recommend you to do the same.
