Charge 3 stopped displaying anything on the watch face. It still syncs all my data when I plug it into my computer and it’s definitely still recording my information. I tried to reset it by putting it on the charger and holding down the button but still nothing appears on the screen. I tried holding the button down longer, removed it from charger and then placed it back on charger and nothing. I’ve tried changing the watch face itself through the app and not a single one worked (or even passed the loading screen on the app).
Someone told me to remove the device from my account and then reset the device and then set it up again. However, once removed, when I tried to restart; it did not reset the screen. I cannot set the device up in my account anymore because the screen won’t turn on so there’s no way for me to see the number to pair it. So now, I have a device I can no longer use. What can I do to fix this?
