My Fitbit Charge 3 now has a blank screen and no charge.

It's great to see you here, @kilruskin.

 

If your tracker isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. Now if the issue is with the battery, follow the steps in the article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?.
