Charge 3 blank screen

Have tried the recommended reset procedure whereby we need to plug the bang on charging and press hold the left side button for 8 secs to see a smile icon later. No joy!

 

Also, why the helpline contact number in India in wrong 00 08000501057? And how do we claim warranty in India?

It’s been 4 days but there hasnt been any revert despite of escalation marked by your twitter team. What is happening here? Please clarify.
