Hi,
The screen of my Fitbit charge 3 is black. I have tried restarting the Fitbit by holding the button once on charge but no smiley face. I have also tried changing the clock through the app still no avail.
The Fitbit is still tracking my calories, steps etc. But the screen is still black.
Please help.
