My screen on my Fitbit is not working. I have done the soft and hard reset. It is out of warranty as I got my original 2 Christmas ago as a gift but it is my second one since my first one died during warranty. I have been a customer for 6-7 years having had 6 total devices 2 each of 3 different ones and they all die in a rather short time. I'm sad to have to switch as Fitbit won't add a 2 year warranty to a new device for me.

Hi @HairGurl007, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 went blank and it won't turn on. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under the warranty period. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.
