Charge 3 won't charge

Two weeks ago face on watch got white lines going thru it. Then try to charge it and it won't charge. Now watch is dead. It's a charge 3 not even two years old. Broke down an order a charge 4 hopefully this one last longer than 2 years.

I'd like to know if your Charge 3 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Charge 3 for 2-3 hours and see if it come back to life.
