Hi there... I've had my Charge 3 for about a year, everything has been fine until the night before last. In bed I notice that the screen would illuminate for no reason, didn't think much about it, but when I woke in the morning it was just a blank screen.

 

It still vibrates when I pressed the button on the right, but that was it. Looked at some forums today and saw threads about reboots (charging and holding button for 15 seconds) but to no avail. Any other ideas?

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If your tracker isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you have followed all the steps provided there.
