This is such a disappointment. I bought my Charge 3 around 2018-2019. It malfunctioned after about 1 year with blank screen. Fitbit has given me 2 replacements this year alone which were also defective. One in January 2020 stopped working mid year. Then one replacement mid year then stopped working this December. Are your replacement units only good to last for 5 to 6 months?
