Charge 3 blank screen

Despite trying all the suggestions for resetting, restarting, pressing the key in the charge for 15 seconds etc, trying changing clock faces etc, my Charge 3 with its Black Screen failed to come back to life. I bought my first Charge 3 in January 2019.  I have now had the original and two replacements, all 3 having screen issues. Thats 3 devices in less than 2 years. Really disappointed. The last replacement they sent a refurb replacement. Just sent this back via customer services. I anticipate another refurb will be sent to replace it.   Very disappointed with the quality of this device. I did have a look in the community at the Fitbit Sense and thought i might buy one of those as moving to a differant brand I would lose my community/dashboard, but to my horror I have seen similar tales of black screens with that device.  Never again.

Hi there @EddiehulmeWe acknowledge the limitation we have on our part particularly on what you have experienced. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products and services. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 3 as suggested here

Our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy is set into providing as much coverage as we can.
