Charge 3 blank screen

Hello!

my Fitbit charge 4’s screen is black but still

vibrating and logging steps etc. it’s fully charged. This happened when I tried to turn the brightness up on ‘settings’ and now it’s completely back. 

ive tried restarting (this doesn’t work, I don’t see the smiley face)

Getting it out of ‘sleep mode’

and every other thing suggested In these forums. How do I go about contacting Fitbit if I need to? I’ve tried to follow a few links posted but it just takes me back to the ‘choose your device’ webpage, then back to the Forums.
