My device is relatively new and I use it most carefully. For the last few days no display is obvious and I only get to see a black screen however the device is recording my activity since I can see the same on my phone. No help! No support! No call centre number! No service shop!

Hello @chitra1974
I would try restarting your Charge 3. You won’t lose any data doing so. Just press and hold the side button until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button.
😃Let me know if restarting answers your question and resolves the issue.

Hi,
I have the same problem.
My screen is black. I can't see anything on it, but Charge 3 is still tracking my activity because I see it on the app.
I already tried rebooting, but nothing happened. Screen is black. It's useless to have a smart watch where you cannot see anything, nor manipulate the screen.
Please help, what should I do in order to be able to see information in the screen again?

Hello @Paola.Bloom
Try restarting your Charge 3 again but this time place your Fitbit on its charger and perform the restart while it’s charging. You might need to try it more than once. I’d try it at least 3 times.
😃Keep me posted

They will give you advice. Nothing works. Warranty only a year. Had this watch a year and a half. Was a fitbit customer a long time. Very unhappy.

Hello @SarahBee1
They?? Are you talking about Fitbit Customer Service? I’m just trying to help. I don’t work for Fitbit. I’m just a consumer like yourself. But, I can definitely understand if you’re unhappy if you can’t get your Fitbit Tracker working in the manner it should. I’d be frustrated as well. I do hope you find a solution
