Screen is blank, but device is still tracking steps, heart, sleep, etc. I can tell because it syncs to my phone. 

Does NOT vibrate when I connect it to the charger.

Cc onnecting to charger and pressing the button for 10 seconds did nothing. 

Any ideas?

Hi there, @ogionnj. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 3 before reaching out. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
