Charge 3 blank screen

I have a black screen on the charge 3… I have tried to change the watch display using the app and also trying restarting the device but it doesn’t work… I feel the device is working as I can feel the vibrations when I put on press the side button but nothing is displayed… when I put the device on charge I don’t even see the battery showing it is being charged. What to do?

I have tried and the charger is working and I can tell the device is working as I feel the vibrations from when I press the side button.I had seen online when people charge there is a charging symbol but I don’t get that but when i look at the app it shows that it’s been charged so I think it’s the display. Could it be be brightness is very low?

I'm having the same problem right now.  I contacted support, went through all of the things they suggested, and no resolve.  My question is now, how can I have it replaced? It hasn't even had much use (probably collectively not even 6 months of LIGHT use), and to fail now is not good.
