Looked through hundreds of messages on here about Charge 3 blank screen and tried all the resets without success. But couple of things I can't try as I have had to try and set up as new device as don't have original phone it was paired with.
Device vibrates and green light on back is working. Connects to computer OK, charges OK. Installed Fitbit app on new phone, which can also see the device and pairs with it, or at least tries to - intruding to set up from new, the app is asking for the four digit pairing code from the device, which I can't see on the blank screen!
To summarise:
- Can charge, attempt to pair
- Maybe is resetting when holding down button for 8+ seconds, but still no screen
- Tried the 15 second button hold and remove/replace charging cable trick to reset, still no change
- Starts to pair, but can't see pairing code on screen to complete
- Because can't access via app because can't finish setup, can't change screen
Guessing the device has a dead screen, like so many seem to have? Hoping some last salvation...

Hi @amboman I don't know of any last ditch hope for you. Screen failure is a known issue with Fitbit's monochrome screen trackers. Based on user posts, it is the number one complaint for the Charge 3 model.
