Andriod 15 cannot get charge 2 to connect even though it is showing in app & bluetooth.

Unfortunately I have tried all those steps I am wondering whether I am missing something due to it being Android 15 as it works on my mobiles that were running 16

The minimum Android requirement for Fitbit is version 11, if you have already followed the steps in the article my best advice from here is to contact technical support. They have the most appropriate resources to help you more thoroughly.
