Charge 3 blinking and buzzing

This is my second Charge 3 after FitBit replaced the first one due to software issues. Earlier today, my 3 just starting blinking/flashing and buzzing. It hasn't stopped since, even though I've re-set it several times (while plugged in to USB and holding down the side button for 15 seconds); I've also rebooted it several times using the Reboot function under Settings on the 3 itself.
