Charge 3 brightness decreasing

Hi,

For some time the brightness of my Charge3 screen decreased a lot, making it impossible to read the content of the display. Moreover, not even in normal/auto brightness modes it's not adjusting. Just to mention that I've already tried the hard reset and what was suggested on the forum and it didn't make any difference.
