When I took my watch out from the charger the screen showed white lines. Followed all the advice given here. Restarted it, rebooted it and cleared the data and it is still the same. Got my watch as a gift last December 26,2018. Need help please.

Thanks Alejandra. Got an email from the Fitbit support. Daniella was very helpful. Fitbit will replace my watch. Thank you FITBIT TEAM.
