Hi all

The strap on my Fitbit Charge 3 has broken. It seem s to have worn out. Does anybody know if I can get a new one please. I ordered a compatible one from Amazon but the material is really hard and is uncomfortable.

Hi @Sedgy  sometimes it's harder to find a discontinued model's band, but not impossible. Often a retail store like Walmart, Target, Best Buy or Kohl's will have one tucked away somewhere. It can't hurt to check. Ebay always has bands out there, but be sure to search for "OEM" which means you want the actual Fitbit brand, not a generic one. Hope you find something.
