Hello!

My charge 3 has white lines over the screen, I can’t swipe across any of the pages or see my messages and when it is on analogue the second hand doesn’t move.

I have had this issue a while and was able to fix it with restarts and it would fix the problem and the white lines would go.  I have done this 3 times, but now nothing is working 😢

please help!!

Same thing happened to me and Fitbit was able to replace it under the warranty. Seems the Charge3 has lots of screen problems.
