Hi my fitbit froze so i reset it. Still wouln't start. I noticed the hold button on the side was stuck right in. What can i do to get unstuck. It is only 13 months old. Any suggestions please.

Hi @traceytownsend5, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the stuck button issue that our Charge 3 has experienced, please try using a toothpick around the button and see if it gets unstuck.

Thanks for youre response.

I have tried that and still stuck im afraid. So dissapointed without it and its only 14mths old.

Any other suggestions please
