Charge 3 button not responding

Fitbit Charge 3 button not responding. Any one know why this is happening it doesn’t happen all the time only sometimes, so can you please help me?

Have you tried to restart your Charge 3? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by following the instructions provide in the help article How do I restart my Fitbit device?.

Hi, @AlejandraFitbit 

I'm facing a great number of issues with my 6 month old Fitbit charge 3, many of them already described by other users:

1) HR goes crazy! Even when I'm seated, it displays 182 beats per minute 

2) side button doesn't respond, so when I started a exercise I can't finish it. It's not possible restart the device too

3) it doesn't connect to the app on my android via bluetooth (so I can't update the firmware) 

4) the battery is drained in a few hours

 

I've tried everything you guys said on many posts. I'm really feeling hopeless! 

Hope you contact me with a solution soon.

Thank you, @AlejandraFitbit , for your answer. I think you couldn't understand what I said before: I've tried everything you recommended in those posts. Now  I'm sorry to inform you my Fitbit is completely dead. I get no response, no matter what I try. 😭

I received my new Fitbit and I'll be trying it for a few days. So far, it's all right. If I'll face some issues, I'll let you know. For now, I want to thank you!

I’m having the same problem.  I had the black screen, but it was still tracking and syncing with phone.  I’ve restarted many times and now the screen will come on sometimes.  The button is unresponsive.  I have tried changing the clock face also.  Anything else I can try?

We have tried the reset procedure and no response to the haptic button. We do get the proper vibration when connecting to the charging cable, but no response the pressing the button and holding for any length of time.

Hello! My Fitbit charge 3 doesn’t respond no matter what i do. The side button doesn’t respond and there’s nothing showing on the screen. The sensor light is still on and it still syncs with my phone. Any ideas what I can do?

Same issue on my charge 4... did you get an answer ornsolution for this?
