Charge 3 button not working

Yesterday after my run my Charge 3 started to vibrate and the screen was flickering and going to different areas. Then it stopped and I could get nothing on it. I had charged it to full the day before (always on a Tue and a Fri) yet when I put it on the charger it said my charge was low, then a notification came on my iPhone stating the charge was low. It appeared to not be charging. Walked around with it on, trying to get a clock face to come up. It did not track my steps for rest of day. Left on charger over night last night and the alarms are working, however, I can't get the button to push to turn off the alarm. I have tried tapping the face and that rarely works. Any ideas?

 

I love the Charge 3 - it has the features I want without being too big on my wrist, but this is the 3rd (or is it my 4th? Lost count) Charge 3 I have had and they all seem to die either within the year or just a month or two past a year. 😣 Would really like to see Fitbit fix this problem. I have had the same problem with my other 2 (3?) Charge 3 (the vibrating and screen problem - this button problem is new to me).
