Good-day,
The side button on my charge 3 has stopped working. I’ve somehow managed to restart it with it plugged in (it won’t reset after I hold button for 8 seconds) - so I’ve taken the opportunity to do a restart through the menu. I’ve don’t this at least 3 times. But even after the restarts the button doesn’t work.
For instance, if I go into a different menu after a restart, I cannot get out (right now I’m stuck in the Mode # and technical info screen).
I can’t find any other ways to attempt a remedy other than a restart. What do you recommend? Is it possible the button has permanently ceased functioning?

Okay. Now it’s randomly vibrating and switching between Home Screen and the “DND/Sleep/Screen wake” menu.
