Charge 3 buzzes constantly and gets unresponsive

 Hi, 

My Charge 3 has been doing strange things since about a week ago. It woke me up in the night because it was buzzing once every 2 seconds or so, I had to stick it in a drawer to stop it from keeping me awake because it wasn’t responding to any touches. 
Then when I charged it the next morning it had lost it’s charge by mid afternoon. I put it on charge again and then it did the same thing the following night (buzzing, unresponsive). This has been recurring since then. I’ve just had it off my wrist and dead for a couple of days because it’s driving me mad.

Any help? I’ve tried the reset where you hold down the button while it’s on charge - it just does the smiley face and carries on no matter how long you press it.

Yesterday my charge 3 started vibrating constantly and flicking between screens. This depleted the battery very quickly and eventually it turned off. I put it on charge and it doesn’t turn back on at all.

@Matthew_G93 Thank you for joining us in this thread. Regarding the battery and screen issues that your Charge 3 experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it fixed before contacting our forums.

Please let me know if your Fitbit device vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life and works properly.

It doesn’t vibrate when I put it on charge, tried the steps which hasn’t helped unfortunately. Left it on charge over night and the Fitbit still won’t turn back on sadly.
