I have been experiecing troubles to sync my Charge 3 with the app in my phone today. I tried turn off Bluetooh, uninstall the app, reinstall again 2 times and nothing . What is going on with Charge 3?
Hi I had the same problem. My Fitbit Charge 3 initially synced with my android phone but after a few days it stopped. I tried all the standard advice on this forum about turning off Bluetooth, shutting down the App on my phone, restarting my phone and the Fitbit Charge 3 and nothing worked. Eventually I cleared all the user data on the Charge 3 and it started syncing again but only for about a day then it stopped syncing again. Due to this my partner thought it might have been a storage problem with my phone and after making some space on my phone the Charge 3 started syncing again and has continued to do so without any further problems. My problem seems to have been solved so it may be worth checking how much storage space you have on your phone.

Best AnswerI have tried EVERYTHING and it just won't sync. I don't know what the **** is wrong with this fitbit but it hasn't synced well since day 1. I'm not willing to get a new phone upgrade just to have a watch work. What a waste of money. 😡
