Hi, I'm currently having issue on re-pairing my tracker Fitbit Charge 3 to my android phone Samsung J6+. I didn't use my tracker for long time and I forgot to charge it. A week ago I turned it on again, but it couldn't sync to my phone. I tried to reboot, it still didn't work out. Then, I tried to remove the device from my account through my phone. Now I'm trying to re-connect it again, but it can't pair to my phone eventhough I have turned on my bluetooth, restart it for couple times, but it still doesn't work out either.
I need your advice to solve this. Thank you very much.
