Charge 3 charging issue

I have had my charge 3 for about a year now, and just recently, I have begun to experience issues with the charging. When I plug it in, it seems like its charging, however when I take it off the charger, it dies a few minutes later (even though when I took it off the charger, the battery said it was full).

Same issue here. Only had it since Christmas 2019. Was working great, now it won’t charge. Screen says charging, but the battery indicator is not showing a full charge when I unplug it. And then when I tap the screen to “wake” it up, nothing happens.

Hi @MarreFitbit, I tried what you said, and nothing worked, the device is still having the same issues, it will appear to charge but dies soon after taken off the power supply, even though it says it is at 100%.

After it dies, if I plug it back it in it says that the battery is at 1%.
