Charge 3 charging issues

My charge 3 started flashing and vibrating on and off (had a nearly full charge) even when not on my wrist and the screen and side button would not respond. Did this until the battery died. Put it on the charger once I got home.  Smiley face appeared like it was going to charge, but when I checked on it later it was hot and screen was blank. It no longer responds to anything whether on or off the charger and reboot while on the charger does not work. Don’t know if it’s completely dead or if there’s anything else I can try.

Hi @AServais, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the unresponsive screen and charging issues that your Charge 3 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Since you mentioned that your tracker got hot during the charging time, let me go ahead and forward your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.
