Charge 2 not syncing

Until yesterday everything was ok but tried to sync today and not only I'm I unable to do so, the dashboard has simplified to just showing calories. The sleep information has completely disappeared. and there is no sign of this on my settings. I have tried rebooting my watch and my phone but nothing happens. Can anyone help me?

Let me help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This usually happens when you remove your tracker from your account. You will need to set it up again by following these instructions.
