I put my charge 3 on charge yesterday when it had 17% battery. It started charging.
when I came back to get it, the screen had gone off. It is completely unresponsive. It will not vibrate, or charge and the iPhone app can not connect to the watch.
i have tried to restart the watch, tried holding the button down at the side, I have tried changing the clock face but it can’t connect.
is there anything else I can do?

Did you hold the button in while it was on the charger?

I have the same problem and yes I’ve held the button down it is totally non responsive now; all of this is after it had begun running down the battery daily and getting very hot when I charged it; all of that lasted about a week and then it died completely last week. I expected better from a product that originally had good reviews!!!

Yes, nothing happens it doesn’t even vibrate anymore
