Charge 3 condensation

I recently bought my Fitbit Charge 3 and 2 weeks later it stopped working. When I looked inside it clearly had water inside, I never swam with it in the pool or sea, I just took regular showers with it. When I first bought the Charge 3 it clearly stated that I can take showers with it.

Hi there. I have a similar issue with my brand new charge 3. I contacted the support team and they are sending me a replacement watch. I just wanted to find out if you received a replacement and if you did, what was the shipping method?( post office or via a private courier service)

Hello,

We don't have fitbit in my country so I was refunded full amount.

Hi there. I got my Fitbit charge 3 , 3 months ago and I've experienced the same problem 3 times.  Fitbit keeps sending me a replacement but my worry is that once, its out of warranty, what will I do? Clearly there seems to be a manufacturing defect with the charge 3. Every time I ask them about what will happen after my warranty is over, I get a standard response which I think is unfair

Hello,

Because my country doesn't have an official seller of fitbit, so I was
refunded the full amount. When contacting them the next time, try to
request for a refund instead of a replacement.

Same! I just my replacement like 2 days ago and there seems to be condensation on the inside and it isn’t holding it’s charge. All I have done is worn it while washing my hands. My fiancé’s charge 3 doesn’t seem to have this issue though. Very annoying.
