I love my Fitbit and have had it a little over a year. This afternoon it started randomly vibrating and the screen flashing on and off as if the side switch is stuck.
I have reset it on the charge, changed the clock face and rebooted it a few times to no avail.
Has there been a solution to this problem. I am very upset! Please help!

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 vibrates constantly and it turns on and off as though the side switch is stuck. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try a long restart. To do so no your device, follow the steps below:

Okay its stopped having a fit but the battery usage is TERRIBLE! It seems to be a problem with the latest update so maybe worth a fix your side
