Since the latest update my charge 3 hasn't worked correctly. It constantly flashed between screens, vibrated, it won't hold a charge longer than an hour.I have tried all the tips I could find. I reset it I uninstall ed it and repaired it. Nothing worked. The latest from Fitbit support was to test the battery, I charged the unit over night put I on in the am and in 1 and 1/2 hours it was completely dead. After about 10 minutes it started to vibrate constantly with an unresponsive blank screen until it it just stopped. Up until the last update my charge worked just fine and held a charge for 5 days or so. This is very frustrating this unit is less than 2 years old. Luckily I have an older model fit bit I charged and it has been working fine even though it doesn't have all the tracking that the charge 3 has. Would like to see Fitbit correct the issues.

Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 is still not working correctly even after following Support instructions. Since you already have a ticket with Support please let them know that the issue persists so they can see what they can do for you.
