Charge 3 continuously unpairing

Would someone please let me know how to keep my new Charge 3 paired with my iPhone?  I have done all the usual resets, pairing and unpairing, deleting and reinstalling. And when I try to get to Customer Service I get this

Thanks for troubleshooting this connection issue and for the attachment. What are you trying to do, are you trying to sync the device? Have you checked if the Charge 3 is syncing properly?.

Hello. The Charge 3 syncs consistently. The issue is it keeps saying that
the it needs to pair with the phone. Every morning I have to remove it from
Bluetooth and reconnect
