Charge 3 corrupted display

I had my original Charge 3 replaced about 10 months ago and now the new one is doing the same thing, the display is all messed up with black lines running through it. I tried all the suggestions, restarting and such, still not working, apparently there is something wrong with the Charge 3 as this keeps happening, waste of money.
