I was recently having some journey by car and I was using my Fitbit Charge 3. During the journey my device was continously count step as if I am walking, in fact the false count step come from the turbulence during the trip. How could we prevent this ti be happen? Need a solution right now 😭

Hi @Lialialia, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 is over counting steps and it happened when you were riding a car. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device works when riding a vehicle.

 

After this, monitor your tracker and see if the issue gets fixed.
