Hi, my charge 3 screen has gone black.  I can't see anything.  It still vibrates but Nothing is on the screen.  I have tried to push and hold the button while on the charger for 15 seconds, and while off the charger.  I have also changed the clock a couple of times.  Nothing has worked.  Before the screen went black there was several lines on it.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
